Routinely meeting with a coach who is invested in your fitness journey is an important part what we do at RVA Performance Training.
Your personal coach is here to support and guide you, both in and out of the gym.
All of our Group Training members can meet with their coach as often as once per quarter. During these 30 minute Goal Sessions, you and your coach will review your progress and determine the best way to move forward.
Don't have specific goals or an interest in setting new ones? That's OK! There's so many ways your coach can help you during your Goal Session and we encourage you to still take advantage of this opportunity.
