Our menopause small group is built specifically for women navigating perimenopause and beyond.

Our focus is helping you build strength, preserve bone density, and train in ways that support energy, mood, and mobility.

We adapt every session to how you’re feeling and progressing, so you get just the right challenge and support at every step.

The Details

When:

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:00 am

  • Wednesdays and Fridays at 10:30 am

Start date: Week of September 15th

End date: First Week in December

Cost: $299 per month for 3 Months
