Arryn's semi-private training is for the Millennials who want to get strong without getting into the "fitness is my entire personality" crowd. It’s for those of us who:
-Grab cocktails with the girlies on the weekends (or weeknights if you’re nasty)
-Hit the mountain bike trails twice a summer and wonder why we strained a calf just putting down the kickstand
-Throw our backs out simply by bending over to clean up after our dog
