Foundations with Kayla

If you’re new to functional fitness or getting back into a routine, Foundations is the perfect place to start.


Kayla focuses on helping you move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in your body. You’ll train with smart, supportive coaching in a welcoming environment with workouts that are structured, effective, and tailored to your pace.

The Details

Choose between two different tome slots.

  • Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30 pm

  • Mondays and Wednesdays at Noon

Cost: $399 per month for 3 Months
