Unlike group classes, every client follows a personalized training plan designed around their goals, movement, and experience.

Whether you're new to training or have years of experience, your program is built specifically for you.
Every client begins with an Initial Assessment where we learn about your goals, movement, training history, and lifestyle.
From there, your trainer develops a personalized training plan designed to help you make steady, measurable progress.
You'll train alongside a small group, but your exercises, progressions, and coaching are individualized.

Step 1: Schedule Your Initial Assessment
Meet with one of our personal trainers to discuss your goals and complete a movement assessment and choose a training time.

Step 2: Receive Your Personalized Plan
Your trainer builds a customized monthly training program based on your assessment.

Step 3: Train With Your Coach
Attend two weekly Semi-Private Personal Training sessions while progressing through your individualized program.

Quarterly benchmark reviews ensure you're making meaningful progress toward your goals.

Mondays and Wednesdays at 12:00 pm with Kayla
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 am with Lauran
Wednesdays and Fridays at 10:30 am with Lauran (Women in Perimenopause and beyond only)
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30 pm with Kayla
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 pm with Kayla

While you'll train alongside a small group, your program is built around your goals, assessment, training experience, and current abilities. It's common for one client to be working toward fat loss, another building strength, and another improving mobility, all within the same session.

Life happens, we understand that.
If you miss a scheduled Semi-Private Personal Training session, your trainer will help you stay on track by ensuring you have access to your individualized program through our training app. You can complete the session independently or work with your trainer to adjust your training plan if needed.
Because your membership is built around ongoing coaching, programming, and progress, not individual session credits, we do not offer make-up sessions. Our goal is to help you stay consistent and continue progressing, even when life gets in the way.
