Some people thrive in a big group. Others prefer a little more focus and support.

That’s where our tailored Small Group Personal Training programs come in. Whether you're just getting started with functional fitness, navigating pregnancy, or training through menopause, our focused small groups (just 3–5 people) offer personalized coaching, real support, and programming built for your season of life.

Each 12-week program is designed around a specific need or life stage — so you get relevant, focused training that actually meets you where you are.

Each focused Small Group Includes:

  • Expert coaching with a personal trainer

  • 2 in-person group sessions per week

  • 1-2 days per week on your own

  • Open gym access

Built for women in perimenopause and beyond, Fortified helps you build strength, support bone health, and train in ways that actually feel good for your changing body.
